460 IAC 14-13-4 - Review and approval of the comprehensive written business plan

Sec. 4.

(a) Each comprehensive written business plan must be submitted for review and approval by the VR program.

(b) The VR program shall notify the eligible individual in writing whether the eligible individual's comprehensive written business plan is approved.

(c) If the eligible individual's comprehensive written business plan is disapproved, the eligible individual may amend the comprehensive written business plan and resubmit it to the VR program.
