460 IAC 14-19-1 - Vehicle modification services

Sec. 1.
(a) The VR
program may provide vehicle modification services, including, but not limited
to:
(1) driver training; or
(2) vehicle modification.
(b) Prior to any vehicle
modification, the eligible individual and his or her counselor must:
(1) explore alternative modes of
transportation;
(2) determine that
alternative modes of public or private transportation are unavailable,
inappropriate, or inadequate to meet the vocational rehabilitation needs of the
eligible individual; and
(3)
document in a written evaluation in the eligible individual's record of
services.
