Sec. 11.

Any time an eligible individual or a family member purchases a new vehicle to be modified for which a manufacturer's vehicle modification rebate is offered, the eligible individual or family member must apply for the rebate if they qualify. Once an eligible individual or family member receives a rebate, the eligible individual or family member must reimburse the VR program for the cost of vehicle modification services provided up to the amount of the rebate.
