Sec. 1.

(a) The VR program may provide home modification services, which include the following:

(1) Home modification evaluation.

(2) Home modification.

(3) Inspection of a completed home modification.

(b) Home modification services must be vocationally necessary to achieve the eligible individual's employment outcome.
