465 IAC 2-1.5-4 - Qualifications of the foster family; confidentiality

Sec. 4.

Foster parents shall keep confidential all personal information received, or contained in the records the department requires foster parents to keep, concerning a child and his or her family members. Confidential information about a child or the child's family members may be disclosed only as permitted by law and with the consent of the department.
