470 IAC 3.1-4-1 - Required services

Sec. 1.

The services which must be provided to eligible infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families for which no fees may be charged to the parents include the following:

(1) Child find.

(2) Evaluation and assessment.

(3) Service coordination.

(4) Administrative and coordination activities related to the development, review, and evaluation of IFSPs, implementation of procedural safeguards, and the other required components of the statewide system of early intervention services identified in 470 IAC 3.1-2-1(b).
