50 IAC 1-1-2 - Weekly reports of township assessors

Sec. 2.
Township Assessors' Weekly Reports. Township assessors and their deputies shall make weekly report to the county assessor on Form 14, showing for each taxing unit separately, the number of assessments made each day, and make report in detail as required by such form. Failure to make such report shall be sufficient cause for the filing of a complaint by the county assessor against such delinquent officers.
