511 IAC 7-32-9 - "At no cost" defined

Sec. 9.

"At no cost" means that all specially designed instruction is provided without charge to the parent, but does not preclude incidental fees that are normally charged to nondisabled students or their parents as a part of the general education program. Such fees may include, but are not limited to, fees for the following:

(1) Textbook rental.
(2) Consumable materials.
(3) Any fees permitted by state statute or rule.
