675 IAC 31-2-3 - Standard terminology relating to amusement rides and devices

Sec. 3.

(a) That certain document being titled Standard Terminology Relating to Amusement Rides and Devices, 2006 edition approved February 1, 2006 (ASTM F747-06), published by ASTM International, 100 Barr Harbor Drive, P.O. Box C700, West Conshohocken, PA 19428-2959, is hereby adopted by reference as if fully set out in this rule. See 685 IAC 1-3-1(b) [675 IAC 31-3-1(b) ].

(b) Notwithstanding language to the contrary in the primarily incorporated documents, the version of all secondarily incorporated documents, which are documents referred to in the primarily incorporated documents, shall be the version in effect on September 24, 2009.
