675 IAC 31-3-30 - "Properly maintained" defined

Sec. 30.

"Properly maintained" means:

(1) assembling;
(2) disassembling;
(3) transporting; and
(4) operating;

regulated amusement devices in accordance with this article and the manufacturer's recommendations. The term also means lubricating, greasing, oiling, testing, and repairing of parts at specified time intervals in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended practices and procedures.
