675 IAC 31-6-11 - Additional safety features

Sec. 11.

Wheels shall not protrude beyond the sides of the carriage, and the gaps between carriages shall be fitted with safety screens to prevent access between carriages and across the drawbar. These additional safety features are to ensure that there are no accessible pinch points or hazards that could catch a patron's clothing or long hair.
