Sec. 12.

Where the train is operated with other vehicle traffic present, doors shall be fitted with catches that are operable only from the outside of the carriages. If trains are operated on open public roads, they must be fitted with vehicle and trailer signal systems. Where trains or similar devices are operated with other foot traffic, the operator shall drive the device in a manner that does not present a safety hazard to pedestrians. Operators driving recklessly shall have their permit to operate immediately revoked in accordance with IC 4-21.5-3.
