68 IAC 1-12-2 - Submission of internal controls for a complimentary play program

Sec. 2.
(a)
Submission of the internal control procedures concerning complimentary play
programs shall be handled in the following manner:
(1) The casino licensee shall submit internal
control procedures to the executive director or the executive director's
designee at least twenty (20) days prior to the initiation of the
program.
(2) The executive director
or designee shall, in writing, approve the internal control procedures, in
total or in part.
(3) Any portion
of the internal control procedures not approved by the executive director or
designee shall be revised and resubmitted by the casino licensee within the
time frame established by the executive director or the executive director's
designee. The casino licensee shall follow this method until all portions of
the internal control procedures have been approved or approval cannot be
obtained.
(4) The casino licensee
may not implement internal control procedures submitted under this section
until and unless the internal control procedures have been approved, in
writing, by the executive director or the executive director's
designee.
(b) If the
executive director determines, at any time, that approved internal control
procedures are not adequate to ensure compliance with IC 4-33, IC 4-35, and
this title, the executive director may direct the casino licensee, in writing,
to amend its internal control procedures in accordance with section 3 of this
rule.
