68 IAC 12-1-12 - Surveillance of employees

Sec. 12.
(a) An
employee whose duties will be monitored in accordance with this rule must:
(1) be informed before commencement of labor
that his or her surveillance is a requirement of his or her employment;
and
(2) sign a written statement
before the commencement of employment indicating his or her understanding that
he or she will be under surveillance.
(b) Casino licensees must maintain a signed
statement until one (1) year after termination of employment of the
employee.
(c) An updated statement
must be signed before the commencement of a:
(1) new position; or
(2) rehire into any previous position;
provided the new position requires surveillance of the employee.
(d) Areas under surveillance and
accessible only to employees must display a notice clearly stating that the
area is under surveillance.
