Sec. 15.

The executive director or the executive director's designee shall report any action taken by the executive director under this rule with respect to this rule to the commission at:

(1) the next meeting held under 68 IAC 1-2-5; or

(2) an executive session held under IC 5-14-1.5-6.1.
