68 IAC 12-1-5.5 - Surveillance system capabilities

Sec. 5.5.

Surveillance employees shall visually record the following events when they are known to occur on the property directly or indirectly owned or operated by a casino licensee:

(1) Activity by players and employees, alone or in concert, that may constitute cheating or stealing.
(2) Observed criminal activity.
(3) Observed procedural violations by employees.
(4) Detention of persons.
(5) Treatment of disorderly individuals.
(6) Emergency activities capable of being observed by the system.
(7) Treatment of:
(A) persons on the exclusion list; and
(B) participants in the voluntary exclusion program.
(8) Arrests and evictions.
(9) Treatment of ill or injured patrons.
(10) Movement of:
(A) cash;
(B) cash equivalents;
(C) cards;
(D) chips; or
(E) dice; on the casino floor.
(11) On-site maintenance and repair of gaming or money handling equipment.
(12) Any other activity deemed necessary by the commission to ensure compliance with IC 4-33, IC 4-35, and this title.
