68 IAC 13-1-15 - Behavior

Sec. 15.

(a) Each party, witness, attorney, or other representative must behave in all commission hearings and proceedings with dignity, courtesy, and respect for:

(1) the commission;

(2) the administrative law judge; and

(3) all participants to the proceeding.

(b) An individual who violates this section may be excluded from the hearing or proceeding by the commission member or administrative law judge.
