Sec. 5.
(a) A hearing
conducted under this rule is also subject to IC 4-21.5-3 and is open to the
public. Witnesses may be excluded or sequestered.
(b) Hearings must be held in Indianapolis,
Indiana, unless, for good cause stated in an open meeting, the commission
designates another place for the hearing.
(c) Unless precluded by law or objected to by
a party, the commission may allow informal disposition of a proceeding without
a hearing, including, but not limited to, the following:
(1) Disposition by stipulation.
(2) Agreed settlement.
(3) Consent order.
