68 IAC 8-2-28 - Waiver of requirements

Sec. 28.

The executive director may waive, restrict, or alter any requirement or procedure set forth in this rule if the executive director determines that the requirement or procedure is impractical or burdensome, and such waiver, restriction, or alteration is in the best interest of the public and the gaming industry, and is not outside the technical requirements necessary to serve the purpose of the requirement or procedure.
