75 IAC 5-1-2 - "Bill of sale" defined

Sec. 2.

"Bill of sale" means a written instrument sufficient to support intent to transfer ownership of a watercraft and must include the following:

(1) The purchase price of the watercraft.

(2) The name of the purchaser.

(3) The date of purchase.

(4) A description of the watercraft describing the following:

(A) Year.

(B) Make.

(C) Model or type.

(D) Length.

(E) Hull identification number, if any.

(5) The signature, printed name, and address of the seller.
