839 IAC 1-3-3.5 - Exemption from examination for social workers and clinical social workers

Sec. 3.5.

An examination shall be considered to be substantially equivalent, as used in IC 25-23.6-5-11 and IC 25-23.6-5-14, if the examination is the same examination used by the board and is equal to or higher than the level for which licensure is being requested. The board will review all examinations other than the one used by the board to determine equivalency.
