in IC 25-23.6-8-10, "the date the board disapproves the individual's license
application" means the date an applicant for licensure receives notice of:
(1) failure of the required examination;

As used in IC 25-23.6-8-10, "good cause" means any reason approved by the board
following written notice to the board from the applicant within thirty (30)
days of the date the applicant was scheduled to take the examination.
(c) An applicant for licensure as a marriage
and family therapist who fails the required examination shall not be issued a
second temporary permit.
