844 IAC 13-1-9 - "Supervising acupuncturist" defined

Sec. 9.

"Supervising acupuncturist" means a medical doctor, osteopathic physician, licensed professional acupuncturist, or licensed acupuncturist approved by the board to supervise and be responsible for a particular ADS. The supervisor is not to supervise more than a total of twenty (20) ADS at any one (1) time.
