Sec. 5.
Rules of Conduct. The advisory committee may, with the approval of the Board, make such other rules regulating its conduct and procedure as are necessary and proper for the orderly conduct of its business.
All such rules, when they may affect procedure or substance of matters which may come before the Board for adjudication, after promulgation in accordance with IC 1971, 4-22-2 as amended, shall be in writing and shall be made available upon request to parties appearing before the committee.
