Sec. 12.

Hearings for rule making. In any case where the Indiana Board of Pharmacy shall hold a hearing on the issuance, amendment, or repeal of rules pursuant to IC 1971, 35-24.1-2[Repealed by Acts 1976, P.L. 148, SECTION 24; Acts 1977, P.L. 26, SECTION 25. See IC 35-48.] as amended, the procedures for such hearing and accompanying proceedings shall be governed generally by the rule making procedures set forth in IC 1971, 4-22-2 as amended, and such procedures, if relating to standards and schedules, be of record in accordance with IC 1971, 35-24.1-2-1[Repealed by Acts 1976, P.L. 148, SECTION 24; Acts 1977, P.L. 26, SECTION 25. See IC 35-48.] as amended.
