856 IAC 2-6-16 - Schedules III and IV controlled substances; retention of prescriptions

Sec. 16.

Filing prescriptions. All prescriptions for controlled substances listed in Schedules III and IV [856 IAC 2-2-4 or 856 IAC 2-2-5] shall be kept in accordance with section 4.01 [856 IAC 2-4-1] of these regulations.
