Sec. 5.
"School director" means the individual responsible for real estate school administrative matters such as the following:
(1) Program development.
(2) Scheduling of classes.
(3) Advertising.
(4) Maintaining facilities and
equipment.
(5) Record
keeping.
(6) General supervision of
the instructional program.
