Sec. 3.
(a) A
student in a broker course session who is not in attendance for at least eighty
percent (80%) of the required hours shall not be permitted to complete the
course.
(b) A student may receive
attendance credit under subsection (a) by attending another class that covers
the same material as a missed class, and is sponsored by the same school that
offered the missing class; shall not be permitted to complete the course.
(c) Each instructor shall maintain
accurate attendance records and report to the school director when any student
has exceeded the maximum number of absences.
