Transferred from the state fire prevention commission (650 IAC 9) to the fire prevention and building safety commission (675 IAC 11-7) by P.L. 8-1984, SECTION 130, effective July 1, 1984. 675 IAC 11-7 was repealed, filed Nov 13, 1985, 3:15 pm, eff Mar 1, 1986.
