Iowa Admin. Code r. 111-5.13 - Programs exempted
The vocational rehabilitation services and business enterprises programs are required by federal regulations to conform to similar proceedings delineated by their respective federal government grantor agencies. Therefore, the provisions of this chapter are not applicable to those programs.
