Iowa Admin. Code r. 187-6.7 - Consideration
Upon request by petitioner, the division of banking must schedule a brief and informal meeting between the original petitioner, all intervenors, and the division of banking, a member of the division of banking, or a member of the staff of the division of banking, to discuss the questions raised. The division may solicit comments from any person on the questions raised. Also, comments on the questions raised may be submitted to the division of banking by any person.
