Iowa Admin. Code r. 191-15.86 - Penalties
(1) Insurers and
third-party contractors that violate the rules of this division are subject to
penalty under Iowa Code chapter 507B.
(2) Producers who violate the rules of this
division are subject to penalty under Iowa Code chapters 507B and
522B.
(3) Continuing education
providers that fail to follow the requirements of the rules of this division
and the conduct requirements of 191-Chapter 11 are subject to penalty under
191-Chapter 11 and Iowa Code chapters 507B and 522B.
