Iowa Admin. Code r. 199-38.5 - Cost standards
(1)
Incremental cost standard. In general, each local exchange
carrier shall price each of its services above the total service long-run
incremental cost of providing each service.
(2)
Competitive local exchange
service providers. Cost support will generally not be required for the
tariff filings from competitive local exchange service providers.
