Iowa Admin. Code r. 205-8.5 - Parole and work release information
The board will notify the department of corrections when an inmate is to be considered for parole or work release. The receipt of notice by the department of corrections constitutes a request for updated information on the inmate. The board will request information required for parole or work release decision making. The department of corrections will furnish updated information to the board.
