Iowa Admin. Code r. 265-37.3 - Notice from the authority to issuers
The authority will provide written notice to each county and to each large municipality (defined as a city with a population exceeding 100,000) of the amount of RZ bonding authority that has been allocated to it by the Internal Revenue Service. This written notice will include information about waiving such authority, pursuant to rule 265-37.5 (16), as well as notification of the requirement that issuers provide written notice to the authority of any issuance of RZ bonds.
