RULE 281-120.224. Reports and records

The department must ensure that it will make reports in the form and containing the information that the Secretary may require and will keep records and afford access to those records as the Secretary may find necessary to ensure compliance with the requirements of this chapter, the correctness and verification of reports, and the proper disbursement of funds provided under this chapter.
