Iowa Admin. Code r. 281-41.118 - Children in public or private institutions

Except as provided in rule 281-41.149 (256B, 34CFR300) regarding agency responsibility for general supervision of some individuals in adult prisons, the department must ensure that rule 281-41.114 (256B, 34CFR300 ) is effectively implemented, including, if necessary, making arrangements with public and private institutions such as a memorandum of agreement or special implementation procedures.
