Iowa Admin. Code r. 281-41.15 - Evaluation
Evaluation" means procedures used in accordance with rules 281-41.304 (256B, 34CFR300) to 281-41.311 (256B, 34CFR300 ) to determine whether a child has a disability and the nature and extent of the special education and related services that the child needs.
