Iowa Admin. Code r. 281-41.221 - Notification of AEA or LEA or state agency in case of ineligibility
If the state determines that an AEA or LEA or state agency is not eligible under Part B of the Act, then the state must notify the AEA or LEA or state agency of that determination and provide the AEA or LEA or state agency with reasonable notice and an opportunity for a hearing. This hearing shall not be considered a contested case under Iowa Code chapter 17A.
