Iowa Admin. Code r. 281-56.20 - Maximum rates of payment to training facilities

In no case shall the amount paid a training facility exceed the rate published, and in the case of facilities not having published rates, the amount paid the facility shall not exceed the amount paid to the facility by other public agencies for similar services. The division will maintain information necessary to justify the rates of payment made to training facilities.
