Iowa Admin. Code r. 351-6.20 - Loans from executive branch lobbyists prohibited
Pursuant to Iowa Code section 68B.24, officials, employees, and candidates for statewide office shall not directly or indirectly seek or accept a loan from a person who is an executive branch lobbyist.
"Executive branch lobbyist" means an
individual who is registered as a lobbyist with the
"Loan " means a sum of money upon agreement, express or implied, to be repaid with or without interest.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 68B.24 and 68B.32A(13).
