Iowa Admin. Code r. 441-77.11 - Ambulance service
Providers of ambulance service are eligible to participate providing they meet the eligibility requirements for participation in the Medicare program (Title XVIII of the Social Security Act).
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 249A.4.
