Iowa Admin. Code r. 441-78.7 - Opticians
Payment will be approved only for certain services and supplies provided by opticians when prescribed by a physician (MD or DO) or an optometrist. Payment and procedure for obtaining services and supplies shall be the same as described in rule 441-78.6 (249A). (Cross reference 78.28(4))
