Iowa Admin. Code r. 441-86.16 - Clinical advisory committee

Members of the clinical advisory committee established in accordance with the provisions of 441-paragraph 1.10(2)"c" shall be appointed to three-year terms. Members may be appointed for more than one term. No more than one-third of the membership of the committee shall rotate off the committee in any given calendar year.
