The child support recovery unit shall suspend enforcement actions intended to collect or enforce any current support obligation that would have accrued during the time the support obligation is suspended. The unit shall continue to provide all appropriate enforcement services to collect any support not suspended and any arrearages that accrued before the effective date of the suspension.
