Iowa Admin. Code r. 481-10.6 - Waiver of procedures
Unless otherwise precluded, the parties in a contested case may waive any provision of this chapter pursuant to Iowa Code section 17A.10.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 10A.202(2).
