Iowa Admin. Code r. 481-70.15 - Requirements for an accredited program
Each
(1) Provide the department a
copy of all survey reports including outcomes, quality improvement plans and
annual conformance to quality reports generated or received, as applicable,
within ten working days of receipt of the reports.
(2) Notify the department by the most expeditious
means possible of all credible reports of alleged improper or inappropriate
conduct or conditions within the program and any actions taken by the
accrediting entity with respect thereto.
(3) Notify the department immediately of the
expiration, suspension, revocation or other loss of the program 's
accreditation.
