Iowa Admin. Code r. 501-12.3 - Confidentiality

Notwithstanding any statutory confidentiality provision, the council may share information with the child support recovery unit of the department of human services through manual or automated means for the sole purpose of identifying law enforcement officers or applicants to be a law enforcement officer who are subject to enforcement under chapter 252J or 598.
