Iowa Admin. Code r. 531-12.3 - Applicant or person defined

For purposes of determining whether an applicant or person is eligible for a license, the term "applicant" or "person" shall include the owner of a sole proprietorship, all partners or participants in a partnership or joint venture, the officers of a fraternal organization, the officers and directors of a corporation, persons owning at least 10 percent or more of a corporation, persons owning at least 10 percent or more of a limited liability company, the manager or managers of a limited liability company, and any legal entity applying for a license.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code Supplement sections 99G.9(3) and 990.24.
