Iowa Admin. Code r. 531-12.6 - Expiration of licenses

A license is valid until it expires, is terminated by a change of circumstances, is surrendered by the licensee, or is revoked by the lottery. A license that does not have an expiration date will continue indefinitely until surrendered, revoked, or terminated by a change in circumstances.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code Supplement sections 990.9(3), 990.21(2), 990.24(3), and 990.27.
